In contrast to our work with individuals, we wanted to tackle the problem of meaningful work from the supply side. Making Good @ Work was a year-long research project aimed at uncovering the challenges and tangible strategies companies could implement to offer their employees more meaningful jobs. The project was funded in part by the Ontario Labour Market Partnership and involved a meta-literature survey and interviews with over two dozen companies and consultancies dealing with the challenges of making workplaces 21st century friendly.
